Projeto turístico direcionado para a cura e disfrute da natureza como base financeira para uma intervenção holística na Terra.

Criação de projeto auto-suficiente sustentável, privilegiando a formação com pés e mãos em contacto com a terra, sem agredir o meio ambiente e os recursos naturais, com a utilização de boas práticas agrícolas (biodinâmica, bio intensivo, técnicas holísticas, Hortas em Mandala, geometria sagrada e técnicas ancestrais) ajustadas de forma a se obterem ótimas produções de alimentos sãos de elevada qualidade. Temos também o objetivo de recuperar ciclos de vida no habitat local, melhorar o equilíbrio existente e melhorar a resiliência dos ecossistemas aumentando a biodiversidade da fauna e flora, e tirando partido dos microclimas existentes. Direcionamos a nossa produção a pessoas que busquem um estilo de vida e de alimentação, consciente sã e equilibrada.

Existe uma preocupação acrescida com regularização hídrica, retendo ao máximo as águas de nascente, assim como as águas provenientes das chuvas. Outro fator fundamental ao nível vegetal será privilegiar as variedades autóctones e regionais, com a introdução de uma Agrofloresta, Hortas em Mandala e Pomar, sempre com a perspetiva de valorização económica da exploração agrícola. Ao nível Animal, pretende-se também introduzir de espécies autóctones, por exemplo, Bovinos de raça Arouquesa, ovinos da raça Bordeleira de Entre Douro Minho, galinhas de raças regionais, Asininos e espécies cinegéticas. Pretende-se dar maior visibilidade à cultura e ao Património local, mais uma vez com foco na sustentabilidade financeira do projeto.

O espaço físico do projeto localiza-se no concelho de Arouca (Portugal), numa zona bastante remota, o terreno é composto por socalcos de cultivo, área residencial e área florestal totalizando 4ha. Desenvolve-se desde a cota superior de 160m até à base à cota 100 em que faz margem com o Rio Arda.

Eco Tourism project focused on healing, relaxation and enjoyment natural environment as an economic provider for holistic intervention on Earth.

Creation of a sustainable self-sufficient farming project, based upon volunteering work with comprehensive hands-on training in contact with the land, with a symbiotic relationship with environment and natural resources. Employment of good agricultural practices (biodynamics, bio-intensive, holistic techniques, Mandala gardens , Sacred geometry and ancestral techniques) attuned to obtain optimal productions of high quality, healthy food. We also aim at rebalancing life cycles of the local habitat, improve ecosystem resilience by increasing the fauna and flora biodiversity, and taking profit from the existing microclimates. We direct our production to those people who seek a conscious, healthy and balanced lifestyle and nutrition.

We take special care with water regularization, retaining as much of the spring water as possible, as well as rain water. Another fundamental aspect will be the favoring of local and regional varieties of plants and animals, with the introduction of Forest Gardens, Orchards and Mandala Vegetable Gardens, always keeping in mind the importance of economic sustainability of the agricultural holding. We intended to introduce native species of farming animals like Bovines of Arouquesa breed, Bordeleira sheep, regional breeds of laying hens, a Donkey and cinegetic animal species. We’ll provide greater visibility to the local cultural and natural heritage, with focus on the financial sustainability of the project.

The land of this project is located in the municipality of Arouca (Portugal), in a very remote area, the terrain consists of cultivated terraces, residential area and forest area with a total of 4ha.The upper bound sits at a height 160m above sea level and the base at 100m where it borders the Arda River.
